The project was divided into three agile phases. In the first phase, we had workshops with the client, testing the current site, and creating a new user journey and brand persona. The second phase’s main goal was creating a new structure and design with testing and iterations. The only thing left for the final phase was transforming every screen into a mobile view.
Outcome
The new structure and UI are in harmony with MOME’s goals and directions to stand out from other design universities. Texts and imagery are equally balanced and the simplified user journeys help to carry out main goals intuitively. MOME's website is now up and running in two languages, in dark and light mode on desktop and mobile

Process
The process began by exploring modern e-commerce websites to define the direct and indirect competitors in the market. Our goal was to create a simple, modern, and entertaining design that does not rely only on the product’s appearance but helps emphasize it. Considering multiple ways to recreate the experience of online shopping, we aimed to showcase how simpler elements can grasp the beauty of the products themselves.
Outcome
Following the defined UI direction, we aimed to achieve a dynamic and natural feeling. Videos and moving elements in combination with glass-like components and half-transparent visuals allowed us to create an airy, soft, and elaborate layout.

First, we identified all user types and categorized them into 3 role-personas. Once we had the personas it was easier to find their main problems and user needs by carrying out in-depth user interviews. Based on the data collected, we came up with new user journeys and features, while creating new UI solutions considering the brand guidelines of WFP.
Outcome
In addition to designing the new features, we simplified the users’ job with a redesigned home page, a new event calendar, and a personalized user dashboard. With the work delivered, we managed to gain the recognition of top management of WFP.

Some years back, we collaborated with a cybersecurity firm aiming to develop a B2B product for cybersecurity specialists. Recently, we wanted to refresh this product by updating its user interface in both appearance and structure.
✦ Wireframing
✦ Moodboarding
✦ UI Design

Process
We began by examining the old interface to see how we could update or remake it in a more modern way. This guided us to create wireframes based on our analysis. We then explored current design trends, aiming to craft a lasting style. We considered different design paths for the UI until we settled on a final synthwave sleek styled moodboard with a chosen typography, color palette, and general style-guide.
Outcome
With the foundation for our redesign ready, we delivered a set of new key screens of this product as a proposal and added a landing website to promote the product. The overall style was refreshed keeping the content, but providing a modern navigation system and design.

Process
The goal of the initial phase was to demonstrate the abstract idea of the device through a high-fidelity interactive conceptual interface. Here we mainly explored how the behavioral data coming from 3D depth-sensing could be rationalized for the users and how users could maintain paying attention to ergonomic body posture. After a solid UI concept, usability testing, the user-tracking companion app and additional health features were in the focus in the following phases.
Outcome
In the end, our team created the information architecture of the Deep Care device and its companion app, completed with a user-validated interface, complex animated interactions and a UI kit. A proactive but non-destructive system of health display messages and widgets were also made, making the dedicated hardware a relevant healthcare device for the home office or the workplace.
